Chef Brian earned his culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu in Las Vegas. His career features several distinct experiences, including supervising the food truck fleet on Google’s campus and cooking for a tour of the U.S. with Usher. He strives to lead culinary teams to create memorable, high-quality food and dining experiences all while keeping things interesting.
